From Engineering to Consulting: The Journey of Ito-An
Hello, everyone. My name is Ito-An, and I'm pleased to share with you both an introduction to my background and an insight into my transition into consultancy.
Born and raised in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, I pursued my studies in opto-electrical and mechanical engineering up to the graduate level, delving deep into electromagnetism and electromagnetic field simulations.

Over the following two decades, I dedicated myself to mobile phone hardware design, specializing in antenna design.

From 2001 to 2003, I was posted in Germany with my family, taking on mobile hardware design for the European market.
Working in a different culture was challenging but proved to be a profound learning experience.
In 2014, I transitioned to the quality engineering department, focusing on the quality assurance of electronic components for smartphones.
I oversaw quality management and manufacturing process improvements, solving issues for over 50 subcontracted factories across Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Myanmar.

皆様、こんにちは。私は伊藤庵と申します。
このたびは、自己紹介と共に、私がこれまで歩んできた道のりと、現在進めているコンサルタント業へのシフトについてお話させていただきます。
静岡県出身の私は、大学、大学院と地元で光電機械工学を専攻し、電磁気学や電磁界シミュレーションの研究を深めました。
卒業後は、大手電機メーカーにて、まず衛星放送受信用アンテナの研究開発に携わり、その後携帯電話のハードウェア開発設計を20年以上にわたり行ってきました。
